Croatia's fruits & vegetables market : Trade Analysis
During the financial year 2023, Croatia's fruits exports registered 52% growth compared to FY 2022. As per Croatia export data reports, the country's fruits exports are estimated to be $138 million in 2023. Croatia's top fruits exports include citrus fruits, cashew nuts, apples, apricots, bananas, grapes, melons, etc. Slovenia and Germany were the leading markets for Croatia's fruits exports with 28% and 18% respectively. The other prominent markets for Croatia's fruits exports were Italy, Serbia, Hungary and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Ledo Plus, Fresh Box, Frigo Bonsai and Setovia Voce were among the leading fruit export companies from Croatia. Whereas, Croatia's top fruits imports were bananas, citrus fruits, apricots, melons, dates, etc. According to Croatia import data reports, the country's fruits imports were mostly from Slovenia (28%), Germany (18%), Italy (11%), Serbia (5.5%) and Hungary (5%).
