Brazil's fruits exports up by 10% in 2023

  Fruits and vegetables are the major exports of Brazil. During the fiscal year 2023, there was a surge in the exports of fruits from Brazil. According to the Brazil import export data reports, around 996 thousand tonnes of fruits were exported from Brazil during last year. As compared to the previous year, there was a 10% increase in the fruits exports to Brazil and estimated to be around $1.34 billion in 2023. Brazil’s top fruits exports include Mangoes, Limes, Apples, Bananas, Avocados, Guavas, Pears, and watermelon. Brazil export data reflects that there were over 36 thousand tonnes of apple shipments by Brazil during last year. There was a 24% increase in the apples exports from Brazil which is estimated to be around $36 million in 2023. Brazil's green coffee export grew up to 18% in November

  Brazil is known for producing quality coffee beans. It is the leading exporter of coffee across the globe. Brazil exports different varieties of coffee which includes green coffee, robusta coffee, and Arabian coffee. The latest Brazil export data shows record 18% growth in green coffee exports during November 2023. Around 4 million green coffee shipments were made during the last month. On the other hand, Arabian coffee exports shipments from Brazil had declined by 3% to 2.8 million tons. The demand for Arabian coffee exports has been seen across Vietnam and Indonesian markets. Whereas robusta coffee exports had seen 600% increase in  shipments. As per Brazil import export data , the country's green coffee exports were recorded to be $8.8 billion during FY 2022. Brazil's exports to Arab nations hit record $15 B in FY 2023

  The trade relations between Brazil and Arab countries have prospered over the years. According to the Brazil import export data , around $15 billion worth of exports from Brazil to Arab countries. As compared to previous year’s $14 billion exports, there is a surge of 9% in the exports from Brazil to Saudi Arabia.  Poultry meat, gold, sugar, meat, wood pulp and iron ore are the key exports of Brazil to the Arab emirates. Whereas, Brazil import data , Brazil’s imports from Arab countries are recorded to be $8.23 billion during FY 2023. The major imports of Brazil from Arab countries include petroleum products, electronics equipment, sulphur, aluminium and fertilizers. Brazil to boost its railway exports by 40%

  Brazil has the potential to become a prominent supplier of railway locomotives in the world. Brazil is working immensely to increase its railway exports. It sets a target of 40% increase in railway exports by 2035. Currently, it stands at 17%. As per the sources, Brazil is seeking investment for new railway projects. Brazil is expecting $36 billion investment from the investors. Brazil import export data reports suggest that the country's railway locomotive equipment exports increased by 33% in the last fiscal year. Brazil's railway exports were estimated around $48 million during FY 2022. The majority of railway parts exports were made to the USA. Brazil has exported 41% of its railway exports to the United States with worth over $20 million.  Mauritania was the second largest importer of railway or tramway locomotives parts from Brazil with imports worth over $8 million in FY 2022.
