Pakistan's poultry market overview
Poultry and Agriculture are the most important items exported by Pakistan. Pakistan's major poultry exports include live animals, meat, fish, eggs, honey, vegetables, cereals and grains. According to Pakistan import export data , the country’s overall poultry exports hit a record $987 million during last financial year. Whereas, Pakistan’s agricultural exports were estimated to be $378 million dollars during 2023. Pakistan’s live animals exports were totaled to be $1.5 million during last fiscal year. The top markets for Pakistan's live animals exports were mostly to Afghanistan, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan and Turkey. Azan International was the leading live animals export company from Pakistan in 2023. In terms of edible meat exports, Pakistan earned around $479 million during fiscal year 2023.
