Tanzania's coffee exports grew by 7.5% in FY 2023

Zanzibar was a significant coffee exporter to Tanzania with 5% share.
Whereas, last year, Tanzania imported only $3 thousand worth of coffee. Zanzibar was the only exporter to Tanzania responsible for over 98% share of Tanzania's coffee imports. National Union of Coffee Agribusiness and Farm Ent was the leading coffee exporting company to Tanzania responsible for over 80% share in Tanzania's overall coffee imports.
