Turkey exported over $9.3 B worth of goods to Spain in 2023

Star Rafineri and Toyota Automotive Industry were the leading Turkish companies exporting to Spain. Migasa Aceites from Spain was responsible for the maximum number of shipments in 2023. On the other hand, Turkey import data shows that over $8.2 billion worth of Spanish products imports were made from Turkey.
Turkey’s key imports from Spain include vehicles like cars, tractors, Volvo chassis, styrene, diesel, gasoline, zinc ingot, etc. Automobiles Peugeot and Opel Automobile were the leading export companies from Spain responsible for maximum amount shipments to Turkey. Whereas, Dogus Automotive Service and Oyak Renault Automobile were among the top import companies from Turkey.
The overall exports from Turkey to the European market was estimated to be around $110 billion in 2023. EU's most prominent imports from Turkey include cars, trucks, clothing, machinery, electronics, gemstones, rubber, plastic articles. Cars and trucks accounted for 29% share of Turkey's total exports to the European Union countries.
