Mexico planning to expand its metal exports

The United States was the top iron and steel exporter to Mexico with over 40% market share. Aluminium

Mexico's majority of the gold exports were to the United States, England, Switzerland, India, Canada and Italy. Sin Razón Social, Minera Media Luna SA, MET MEX PEÑOLES, and Grupo Buenoro SA accounted for the maximum gold export shipments from Mexico.

Zinc

Zinc is another major metal export of Mexico. The latest Mexico customs data reports shows that around $6.8 billion worth of aluminium was exported from Mexico during fiscal year 2022. Around $3.7 billion worth of zinc metal exports were made to the United States by Mexico. The United States has over 55% market share in Mexico's zinc exports. Brazil, Italy, Belgium, Alemania, Turkey and Guatemala were among the top zinc importing markets from Mexico. The top zinc export countries from Mexico were Metalurgica Met Mex, Industrial Minera Mexico, Sin Razon Social, Littelfuse SA, Schlage De Mexico and Jack Engle De Mexico.

Silver

During the last fiscal year, Mexico's silver exports were estimated to be $67 million. The United States was responsible for over 85% market share in Mexico's silver exports. The United Kingdom, Guatemala, Panama, Canada and Colombia were among the top destinations for Mexico's silver exports. Arj De Yucatan SA, Arj De Yucatan SA, and Anaids Creations were among the top silver export companies from Mexico.
